Our small law firm is dedicated to family law and offers you experienced legal advice and representation for the many issues that may arise during your separation or divorce and after, including child custody, child support, visitation, property rights, property division, alimony, exclusive possession, protection from abuse, and the recovery of attorney fees. We also prepare and advise clients regarding pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

At the Law Offices of Mary V.Z. Wachterhauser, we believe that clients spend good money for legal representation and they deserve a prompt response to legal questions from our attorneys, as well as the highest degree of professionalism. We are committed to responding to our clients' needs and will respond to requests and questions within one business day. Our office is conveniently located across the street from the Delaware County Court House to better serve our clients.
