Ms. Sirolly has been actively practicing law for 10 years with over 7 years experience in family law. She joined the Law Offices of Mary V.Z. Wachterhauser in 2007. Ms. Sirolly’s current practice areas include, divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, alimony and protection from abuse.
She believes in providing sympathetic legal guidance through what is frequently one of the most difficult times in a person’s life. In divorce and custody cases, parties are often required to have continuing contact with each other after the legal process is complete. Therefore, settlement, which can be less contentious and accomplished through rigorous negotiation, often best serves her client’s as they move forward in their lives. Where settlement is not possible, Ms. Sirolly provides zealous advocacy for her client’s in court. She has represented hundred’s of clients at conferences, hearings, and trials.
